Our story
rtocomply.ai is built and wholly owned by Syspac Pty Ltd, an Australian IT and education consulting company with over 50 years of combined experience in technology and education sectors.
The platform was born from firsthand experience navigating RTO compliance during the process of establishing our own RTO. While undertaking the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and managing the registration process, we experienced the challenges that RTOs face daily: compliance data scattered across spreadsheets, manual processes eating up valuable time, and the constant anxiety of audit readiness.
The RTO sector deserves better tools. While tech companies have sophisticated deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, RTOs are still managing critical compliance workflows with tools from the 1990s. This wasn't just a business observation—we were living it.
We're applying modern DevOps principles to RTO compliance: version control, automated checks, continuous monitoring, and infrastructure that scales. rtocomply.ai is the platform we wished existed when we started this journey, backed by Syspac's extensive experience in both IT systems and quality education programs.

Nicholas is an IT expert with over 30 years in the industry. He has expansive knowledge of software and systems and knows how to generate IT solutions that work for any kind of enterprise. Leading the development of rtocomply.ai, Nicholas brings his DevOps and infrastructure automation expertise to solve RTO compliance challenges.
Gabrielle Edwards
Senior Instructional Designer
Gabrielle is an Education Expert with over 20 years' experience in both public and private education. She holds several degrees and knows how to apply sound instructional design principles to create amazing courses for a wide variety of learners. Her expertise ensures rtocomply.ai understands the real needs of RTOs and trainers.
Together, we combine deep expertise in IT systems and quality education to deliver a platform that truly understands both the technical and pedagogical challenges of RTO compliance.
