Terms of Use

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using rtocomply.ai ("the Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Beta Program Terms

During the beta period:

  • The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis for testing and evaluation purposes
  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
  • The Platform may experience downtime, bugs, or data loss (though we work to prevent this)
  • We may terminate or modify the beta program at any time with reasonable notice
  • Beta access is $149 for lifetime access, locked in at this price forever

Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be an authorized representative of a registered Australian RTO
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Platform to store or transmit malicious code
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Platform ("Your Content"). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Content and for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, functionality, software, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by rtocomply.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, rtocomply.ai SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $149 AUD for beta participants).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rtocomply.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to Your Content unless you export it before closure.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your state/territory].

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
